The smaller and lighter trombone, perfect for little hands.
A mini trombone ideal for young beginners
Easy to play
The pBone Mini is both smaller and lighter (less than half the weight!) than traditional brass trombone. The light weight aids your child’s ability to develop good technique and posture and means their arms won’t get tired as quickly; they can enjoy playing for longer and progress faster!
Fantastic value for money, the pBone Mini costs around a third of the price of beginner brass trombones. It comes with everything your child needs to play straight away: a smart fabric carry bag which is perfect for rushing between lessons/school/band, a unique plastic mouthpiece designed to help children play a wide range of notes, and an array of supporting online learning resources.
Brass trombones are easily dented, damaged and high maintenance. Because our pBone Mini is made from plastic it is extremely durable and strong, and can withstand the inevitable rough treatment it may receive wherever you take it! Low maintenance and robust the pBone Mini is a worry free, dependable and fun trumpet.
Progress with ease
The pBone Mini plays exactly the same way as a pBone. This means the skills your child develops playing the pBone Mini can be transferred to playing a pBone when they are a little older and bigger.

This is an excellent instrument for early learners.
My four-year-old grandson can hold this instrument without any problem as its light, comfortable and easy to blow.
He is already able to produce a reasonable selection of notes for his age.
Looking forward to his progress over the next few months.
He is absolutely delighted with it and plays at every opportunity.
This Trombone is AWESOME! My son LOVES it. It is very effective at helping a little person to learn what would be very very heavy for someone so small (he was 5 years old when we bought it). His music teacher thinks they are the business. Highly recommended if your little one chooses a heavy brass instrument. They do an adult version as well if you need a cheaper trombone to see how you get on. They have also just added a trumpet! Do it, you know you want to!
An absolutely brilliant beginner instrument - my daughter LOVES it (as do I!) The tone and flexibility of it are great and the slide movement is even better than on the larger pBone.
My daughter loves this. It's a very good instrument for a beginner without the huge outlay of cash.
Great little Eb trombone.Plays beautifully and is as light as a feather. It caused huge excitement at school!
Great little trombone for kids
Bought them for my grandsons who are four year olds. Think that they are a great way to introduce children to music and sturdy enough to still be around if they get serious
